Chelsea's Final Hopes Dashed By Ref.

I was amazed by some of the decisions that went against Chelsea last night, it was as if the referee was oblivious to what was happening. If the blues had got the penalties they deserved the match would surley have ended in a win for them.

Drogba’s display at the end of the match was uncalled for but you can see why he would be enraged. To be dennied by a superior team (or even an inferior one playing well) is understandable but to be excluded from the final by a ref making the wrong decision over and over again must be heartbreaking. Both the players and the fans were rightly angered by Ovrebo’s poor showing.

Those who are into sport betting and had money on Chelsea to win will be feeling cheated. Still I suppose that’s one of the interesting things about football betting, you never know what is going to happen. I wonder if any online betting sites will have any odds for Ovrebo being sacked or Barcelona going a whole match without a handball?
